Typische Benutzer von Ketten der Serie BASIC sind Besitzer kleinvolumiger Motorräder und Mofas. Die Abmessungen und die Ausführung der Basic Ketten entsprechen genau dem Charakter des Betriebs und niedrigerer übertragener Leistung der kleinvolumigen Motorräder und Mofas. Eine Ausnahme davon bildet der Typ 415 HT, der auch höhere Belastung unter den Rennbedingungen widersteht.

Charakteristik einzelner Kettentypen der BASIC serie :


415 S: Mit ihren Abmessungen ist die Kette für die am wenigsten leistungsfähigen Kleinmotorräder und Mofas bestimmt. Trotzdem verfügt die Kette 415 S über die beste statische Festigkeit in ihrer Klasse.

415 HT: Die Grundabmessungen dieser Kette stimmen mit dem Typ 415 S überein, ihre Konstruktionslösung der Laschen und sonstiger Teile hat jedoch erlaubt die resultierenden Nutzungseigenschaften zu erhöhen. Erhöhte statische Festigkeit und Verschleißfestigkeit ermöglichen den Einsatz der Kette 415 HT auf für Rennzwecke.

086: Seit langem produzierter und bewährter Kettentyp für ältere Typen der Kleinmotorräder.

420 S: Kette für die meisten modernen Kleinmotorräder. Sie wird durch hohe statische Festigkeit und genügender Lebensdauer charakterisiert, dank dessen sie bei den Benutzern beliebt ist.

428 S: Der am meisten verbreitete Kettentyp für Motorräder aller Generationen. Die technischen Parameter erlauben den Einsatz bei einer sehr breiten Skala der Motorradtypen mit Motorleistung bis ca. 20 kW.
