Whistleblowing

As per Act 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistle-blowers, ČZ Řetězy, s.r.o. as the obliged body has introduced so called internal reporting system, i.e. an internal information channel intended for reporting possible illegal actions in areas defined by law.

The whistle-blowers are permitted to submit their notifications:

• electronically to an e-mail address oznamovatel@czas.cz,
• in writing to the employer’s address Strakonice, Tovární 202, 386 01 in an envelope marked with text „Confidential –do not open – only to the hands of the Relevant person“,
• by phone on telephone number + 420 383 342 713,
• or in person if the whistle-blower requests it.

In accordance with the law § 2, section 3, letters a), b), h) or i) of the Act, ČZ Řetězy, s.r.o. does not accept notifications from anyone who does not perform any work or any other similar activities for the company.

Notifications can also be submitted through external notification system managed by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
