The seventy years of traditional production of various chain types for the automotive industry have shown that the ČZ chains belong to the automotive engines.
Currently available portfolio of the roller chains, bush chains and silent chains uses the modern production technologies supported by the established quality management system according to ISO/TS 16949. The dimensional series with pitches 6.35–9.525mm are characterized by high variability of further defining dimensions.
ČZ Řetězy, s. r. o. has available in-house R&D facility with laboratories and test laboratories where continuous innovation of already well-established chains or development of new chain options occur in cooperation with engine manufacturers. Intensive communication with the future customer is the guarantee of the subsequent safe use of the product.
The ČZ chains achieve excellent utility properties by implementation of the new technologies and production procedures based on the R&D results. The technical qualities of the chains are complemented by interesting price achievable thanks to in-house production of all components on a single production site combined with high automation of the production.
